Dr. Abramowitz has been in a private psychotherapy and psychiatry practice since 1988, and is an American Board of Neurology & Psychiatry certified psychiatrist.


She is the Director of Behavioral Health and Co-Director of Humanist Medicine for a UCSF affiliated primary care medicine residency at Alameda County Medical Center.
     
Following an internship in internal medicine, she completed a residency in psychiatry at the University of  California San Francisco.
